Alisha Amar serves on the Board of Directors for Happy Crew, fulfilling her desire to create safe spaces and welcoming environments for youth to learn skills that will strengthen their mental health now and into the future. Alisha's background is in engineering and organizational leadership. She currently works for a major aerospace company where she endeavors to meet individuals where they are and help them transition through times of change and embrace new ways of working. Alisha has two children that she is excited to have connect with Happy Crew and looks forward to assisting with the expansion of the program because it truly can make a difference in how one feels in this world of constant change and complex interactions.
