Kevin Duffy is a native of Colorado and has been a resident of Castle Rock for the past 27 years.  Kevin married his high school sweetheart (Chris) where they attended Lakewood High School.  Kevin and Chris raised two children who both graduated from Douglas County High School.  Kevin recently retired from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) where he served in all divisions at all ranks.  He rose through the ranks and retired as a Bureau Chief.

Kevin continues to serve on several boards and committees.  He is the Chairman of the Board for the Juvenile Assessment Center (JAC) for Douglas, Arapahoe, Elbert and Lincoln Counties.  He also chairs the Collaborative Management Program (CMP) for Douglas County.  He remains as a founding member of the Douglas County Mental Health Collaboration (DCMHC) and is an Advisory Member of the Douglas County Regional Opioid Abatement Council.

Kevin’s long history of working with, and serving, the youth of Douglas County has always been his number one passion.  He is very proud to be asked to serve on the Board of Directors for The Happy Crew and is looking forward to working with the Board and the amazing youth of The Happy Crew.  He is hoping to bring fresh ideas on ways to expand and grow The Happy Crew and the youth within the program.
