Mary Kasal serves on the Board of Directors for Happy Crew, driven by both professional expertise and personal connection. With one past member, one current member, and another child who will be joining in a few years, she knows firsthand that there is nothing more critical than supporting the mental health of our teens. Mary believes Happy Crew’s mission is essential in building awareness, connection, and resources for students and families, and she is honored to help further that work. She is also the founder of K2 Civil Consultants and KT Development, civil engineering and development companies specializing in guiding projects through complex processes. With her background, Mary brings a unique perspective to the board, helping navigate municipal and county requirements to support Happy Crew’s initiatives.
